well, this one's inspired by sport festival scenes on mangas..
it's a sunny day.
everybody's shouting, cheering, eating.. having fun..
oh, i wish i could have it here~ XD
by the way, the piece was colored using markers,
but since i love glowing effects lately, i use it here..
it might looks too shiny, but .. hey, it's a festival!
